What is the process to become a member?

Go to our JOIN NOW section and provide your company information.  Legacy Purchasing Group will contact you and provide you with our Membership Acknowledgement Letter for you to sign so that you can begin utilizing ANY of our supplier partners.  OR simply contact us directly at info@legacypurchasing.com.

Is there a cost to become a member?

There is no cost to join.  You are entitled to ALL the benefits as a Legacy Purchasing Group Member but it is up to you on which vendors you use.

Do I have to sign a contract or make a minimum purchase?

There is no contract and no minimum spend requirement.  Once you become a member you can choose which supplier you want to use and can opt out at any time.  There is no obligation to inform Legacy or the vendor although we would ask you reach out before making any kind of switch.  

Do I work with Legacy or the vendor once I choose the program(s) for my company?

Legacy Purchasing Group will introduce/connect you with the specific vendor and you will work directly with them to get your account set up.  Legacy's responsibility is to continue to negotiate our purchasing power and ensure you are getting the best pricing and services possible from each of our supplier partners.

How much money will you save my company?

Legacy Purchasing Group will complete a free cost analysis to determine the savings available in the vendor categories of your choice.
